Valor inspections helped me with the inspection of my multi unit building. He was very detailed on every step of the inspection explaining the pros and cons of the findings. He made sure I felt confident knowing what I am purchasing. I would recommend 100% if you are looking for an honest and detailed inspector.

Erasmo was everything we were looking for in a home inspector! He was early to the appointment, climbed on the roof and inspected every nook & cranny of the house. My husband and I felt like there were going to be no further surprises. Erasmo walked me through everything he was seeing in real time and explained potential maintenance/issues to look out for in the future.

Erasmo is a very honest man! In a business world where everyone looks out for themselves he is a gem! He absolutely saved us from a horror story. Will only be using his services and will recommend him! Update: I have worked with him 3 times already and the service is phenomenal. He truly cares about his customers, even accommodated to our schedule due to husband traveling to work.

Professional, timely, and thorough. Erasmo showed up on time and ready to inspect! He combed through all aspects of the home — explaining minor things to make note of vs. things that we should be concerned about. He took the time to explain and answer any questions through every point of the walkthrough. Don’t make the mistake of just hiring any “Joe-shmo” inspector. If truly want to know about what your buying, don’t miss the opportunity to book an appt. Buying your next home is no small feat, and I promise you won’t regret booking your next inspection with Valor! We will definitely book again for our next property.

Amazing service, reason being is the time to meet was at 8am but he was already there working by 8am he wasted no time and made sure to make me aware of what was wrong and how it actually had to be. Would recommend it to any future home buyers.

I can’t recommend Valor Property Inspections LLC enough! My original home inspector cancelled last minute, and I was in a bit of a bind. I reached out to Erasmo, and he was able to meet with me the same day. Not only was he incredibly accommodating, but his inspection was also impressively thorough. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and the way he took the time to answer all of our questions with care and clarity. Thanks to Erasmo’s inspection, I felt confident and informed when making such an important decision about my future home. If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and meticulous, Valor Property Inspections LLC is the way to go!
