Valor Property Inspections, LLC

valor means value

value at every step of the way

Every home we inspect is different but more importantly, every client has different needs. We do not apply a one-size-fits-all mentality to our home inspections. We approach every inspection with the clients’ specific needs rather than the house in question and that starts with listening to them. By understanding our clients’ needs, we find that we can deliver the peace of mind they are looking for during this process. At Valor Property Inspections, we are all about delivering value for clients and this is one of the ways we do that. Afterall, Valor is Spanish for Value.

Home inspections for Home Buyers, Realtors and Real Estate investors

ALWAYS KNOW WHAT YOU'RE BUYING

We do not judge you by the home you ultimately decide to purchase; our biggest concern is whether you know what you are buying. Not knowing what you bought often leads to unexpected surprises as a new homeowner. So, whether it is the life expectancy of the roof, age of the heating system or type of electrical wiring in the house, we are here to educate you on what you’re buying.

SPECTORA™ Powered DIGITAL REPORTING

Interactive, Mobile-Friendly Intel Delivered Within 24 Hours.

Old-school inspectors leave you waiting days for a confusing, 80-page PDF wall of text. At Valor, we deliver high-speed, modern intelligence. We use Spectora, the industry’s leading digital reporting ecosystem, to provide a clean, scannable visual blueprint of your property’s health that you can read easily on any smartphone, tablet, or desktop.

High-Def Embedded Media: Every defect includes high-resolution zoomable photos and crisp video clips—leaving zero room for builder or seller pushback.
The 24-Hour Target: Real estate timelines move fast. Our digital reports are finalized and deployed to your inbox within 24 hours of completing the inspection.
Efficiency for Realtors: Features an integrated Repair Request Builder that allows agents to click and generate a custom repair addendum instantly, saving hours of negotiation prep.
Defect Categorization: Issues are color-coded by severity (Safety Hazards, Maintenance Items, and Minor Defects) so you know exactly what to prioritize.

“In the military, clear and rapid communication wins the mission. We treat your property report the same way. By utilizing Spectora, we ensure you and your agent get actionable, crystal-clear data exactly when you need it—not days after the fact.”

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Valor inspections helped me with the inspection of my multi unit building. He was very detailed on every step of the inspection explaining the pros and cons of the findings. He made sure I felt confident knowing what I am purchasing. I would recommend 100% if you are looking for an honest and detailed inspector.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Erasmo was everything we were looking for in a home inspector! He was early to the appointment, climbed on the roof and inspected every nook & cranny of the house. My husband and I felt like there were going to be no further surprises. Erasmo walked me through everything he was seeing in real time and explained potential maintenance/issues to look out for in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Erasmo is a very honest man! In a business world where everyone looks out for themselves he is a gem! He absolutely saved us from a horror story. Will only be using his services and will recommend him! Update: I have worked with him 3 times already and the service is phenomenal. He truly cares about his customers, even accommodated to our schedule due to husband traveling to work.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Professional, timely, and thorough. Erasmo showed up on time and ready to inspect! He combed through all aspects of the home — explaining minor things to make note of vs. things that we should be concerned about. He took the time to explain and answer any questions through every point of the walkthrough. Don’t make the mistake of just hiring any “Joe-shmo” inspector. If truly want to know about what your buying, don’t miss the opportunity to book an appt. Buying your next home is no small feat, and I promise you won’t regret booking your next inspection with Valor! We will definitely book again for our next property.

Amazing service, reason being is the time to meet was at 8am but he was already there working by 8am he wasted no time and made sure to make me aware of what was wrong and how it actually had to be. Would recommend it to any future home buyers.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can’t recommend Valor Property Inspections LLC enough! My original home inspector cancelled last minute, and I was in a bit of a bind. I reached out to Erasmo, and he was able to meet with me the same day. Not only was he incredibly accommodating, but his inspection was also impressively thorough. I truly appreciated his attention to detail and the way he took the time to answer all of our questions with care and clarity. Thanks to Erasmo’s inspection, I felt confident and informed when making such an important decision about my future home. If you’re looking for someone reliable, professional, and meticulous, Valor Property Inspections LLC is the way to go!
